Pregnant Dawn (Kara Tointon) takes a tumble down a flight of stairs after a scary encounter with deranged Doctor May (Amanda Drew), who is beginning to unravel following her husband Rob's (Stuart Laing) decision to leave her for his expectant mistress.

Pub fight! The Rovers explodes into action when Deirdre (Anne Kirkbride) finds hubby Ken (William Roache) having a drink with his ex-lover Denise Osbourne (Denise Black). She thinks they have resumed their affair and gives her old rival a smack in the face.

EMMERDALE

Up to his eyes in debt, vet Hari (John Nayagam) has agreed to give false evidence against the King brothers over their father's murder. But he needs Louise (Emily Symons) to back him up and when she gets cold feet, he asks her to marry him.

RIVER CITY

Gerry (John Paul McGilvray) ends his relationship with Niamh (Frances Healy) when he discovers the lengths she has gone to to make Fi's (Monica Gibb) life a misery. Scarlett (Sally Howitt) is rattled when she sees Terri (Julie Coombe) flirting with Jimmy (Billy McElhaney).
