COMEDY wildman Noel Fielding of the Mighty Boosh has revealed his masterplan to improve TV - get the bosses to grow their hair.

Speaking before the new series of the surreal sitcom returns on Thursday, Noel said: "I've never trusted people with short hair.

"It's important to have stupid hair at some point in your life.

"It's liberating...like wearing clown shoes."
