Star Gerard Butler parties with Sting and wife

SCOTS actor Gerard Butler hooked up with Sting and his missus after the rocker played his last show with the Police in New York.

The 300 star joined the party as The Police wrapped up their reunion tour with a gig at Madison Square Garden.

One onlooker, who saw the group hit The Box club, said: "So many women were hitting on Gerard but he left alone."

Sting's wife Trudi Styler was flattened by a chunky male performer who dropped off a chandelier.

The witness added: "He hit Trudie but she wasn't hurt.

"She fell over but was laughing. She and Sting were acting like teenagers and making out all night."
