SINGER Katy Perry has revealed she fancies a snog with Hollywood beauty Angelina Jolie.

Preacher's daugher Katy, 23, is under fire from Christian groups in the US over her song I Kissed A Girl.

But Katy said: "Girls, a lot of the time, smell much better than boys. We smell like vanilla. We smell like watermelon. We smell like strawberries.

"One day I was with my boyfriend and I opened a magazine and realised, 'You know what, honey, I would probably make out with Angelina Jolie if she wanted to'.

"It doesn't matter if you're female or male, if the right woman walks through the door, everybody's jaw is going to be on the floor."

Katy's first record was a gospel collection. But a Christian website launched a backlash: "What a sad picture of a lost child swept away by carnal pleasures.

"We need to be lifting this gal up in prayer, her parents too, not to mention the young girls who will buy in to this lesbian chic message."
