RIHANNA will form a pop supergroup with indie stars Klaxons at this year's Brit Awards.

The Barbados-born singer will duet with the band on her smash hit Umbrella.

A Brits insider said: "Rihanna heard Klaxons were big fans of the song and they jumped at the chance to perform with her."

Rihanna, left, hopes to win Best International Female Solo and The Klaxons are up for Best Live Act and Breakthrough Act at the Earl's Court ceremony on February 20.
