A strange film written by and starring Wille Forte, above right, about a pair of geeky brothers out to get their ideal women pregnant. The pair want to track down their soul mates and give their dying dad grandchildren. Entertaining.

The cream of British telly acting unite for a bizarre tale of death and secrets helmed by Frank Oz. Spooks stars Keeley Hawes and Matthew McFadyen team up with Kris Marshall, above left, Ewan Bremner, above right, and Daisy Donovan.

Robin Williams is the sarky host of a latenight talk show who runs for the US presidency for fun. He wins thanks to a computer fault which the execs want to hush up. Will the truth come out or will the false president stay in power?

Chris (Joseph Gordon-Lovitt, above left) was an athlete who suffered brain damage in an accident and works at night cleaning a bank. He is roped into a robbery but tries to stop it. Isla Fisher stars as a girl named Luvlee.

THE GOLDEN AGE (12A)

Another look at the story of Elizabeth I, with the monarch played by effective Cate Blanchett. With battles on several fronts, she is intrigued by the arrival of Sir Walter Raleigh (Clive Owen). Very over the top, which put me off.
