RAPPER 50 Cent is suing his ex for £10million over her claim he tried to kill her in a house fire.
Shaniqua Tompkins, the mother of the star's 10-year-old son Marquise, made the accusations after her home was burnt down in a mysterious fire.
The £1.2million house on Long Island, New York, belongs to the rapper, known as Fiddy, but Shaniqua was living there with her son.
The pair have been locked in a battle over money since they split, with Shaniqua demanding half of Fiddy's wealth.
Police probing the house blaze have said they are treating it as suspicious.
And a judge has issued a temporary restraining order to Shaniqua.
It bars Fiddy, 33, whose real name is Curtis Jackson, having any contact with her or his son without the court's permission.
The rapper has denied any involvement in the fire.
