FRANKIE HOWERD'S old house is for sale - complete with his false teeth and toupee.
The late comic's memorabilia is a £600,000 optional extra with the £800,000 cottage.
It contains 4000 items, including a Christmas card from Pope John Paul II, Frankie's school reports and hospital X-rays.
The comic died 16 years ago but his close friend Chris Byrne and former partner Dennis Heymer, who is now in his 80s, still live there.
The pink, four-bedroom cottage near Axbridge, Somerset, comes with its own war bunker.
Chris, who manages Frankie's estate, said yesterday: "It's a one-off house, with the setting and the grounds.
"But it's time to move on and have a clean break."
He said Frankie's archives will "boggle people's minds".
Chris added: "We've got paintings and his war papers. We've even got a hernia belt and the couch where he died."
