FED-UP Scottish Rocks skipper Rob Yanders has blasted his side as under-achievers and warned them to shape up or be shipped home within a week.
The Braehead outfit - who host Guildford today - are hoping champs Newcastle beat Sheffield and help the Scots to a televised trip to Milton Keynes in the first round of the playoffs rather than a nightmare visit to Plymouth.
But after two defeats in a row the American has laid bare his frustration with the Rocks' shoddy showings. He rapped: "If we're not going to be done by next week we must have the will to win.
"And it's hard this late in the season to be questioning your team's motivation.
"It's been really tough all year. We have to ask ourselves if we really want this.
"Now we need Newcastle to do us a favour when we should have had our fate in our own hands."
