WEST BROM new boy Graham Dorrans insists he has no intention of returning to Scotland on loan - because he wants to prove himself in the Premiership.
The midfielder began pre-season training last week and is aiming to convince boss Tony Mowbray he can help the Baggies stay up.
Inverness have been linked with a loan swoop for Dorrans if Mowbray feels the 21-year-old, signed from Livingston for £200,000, isn't ready for the top flight.
But Dorrans said: "There is no point me coming down here for a week then moving back to Scotland.
"If I thought I couldn't make it I wouldn't have joined. I hope to prove to the boss I can play a part."
