Stars beg Bamba

CHELSEA star Salomon Kalou and Arsenal ace Emmanuel Eboue begged Sol Bamba to join them in England before he signed for Hibernian last week.

The Dunfermline star was also linked with a move to Watford and his Ivory Coast team-mates wanted him to sign on at Vicarage Road.

Bamba said: "I am close to Salomon, and Eboue also said he wanted me to go down to England. But I told him maybe next time."
