Hearts boss Csaba Laszlo looks to bring back discipline to side after defeats

CSABA LASZLO fears his Hearts players have reverted back to their bad old ways.

And after two consecutive defeats by Kilmarnock and Dundee United he is demanding that they start to toe the line and listen to what he wants from them.

The Jambos boss said: "In the first four or five games the team did what I wanted but they have gone back to the past.

"I don't want them to fight and run, putting the ball forward all the time while not trying to play football."

Meanwhile, Killie boss Jim Jefferies used a bit of psychology to fire up Manuel Pascali by handing him the skipper's armband.

Jeff said: "I gave Manuel a hard time last week because he sat and protected a back four which I didn't want him to do. I wanted him to play like early in the season when he was winning headers and tackles, lifting players and having a pop. I told him last week he'd have to shoot from 85 yards because he was so far back.

"I gave him a hard time in training, even on Thursday and Friday.

"But I threw him the captain's armband and he was right up on the Hearts midfield, winning tackles and setting the tone - so maybe that was the wee spur."
