JOKER Kris Boyd has revealed one of his mates is the inspiration behind his new goal celebration.
The Rangers striker bagged a deadly double against old club Kilmarnock last week and reacted with a bizarre forward roll on the turf.
Boyd had all of Ibrox wondering why he'd done the Robbie Keane-style move after sealing a 2-1 win.
And the Gers hitman says it was all down to his pal Brian. As he looked ahead to this week's Co-Op Cup clash against Partick Thistle, Kris said: "My wee mate Brian came to see me on Saturday morning and pleaded with me to do something stupid if I scored.
"I hadn't thought about it during the game but when I scored the penalty I thought 'Stuff it, I'm doing a roll!' "Then I did it again after the second. Will I keep doing it? Maybe."
