HITMAN Jean-Claude Darcheville insists he won't be leaving Rangers this summer - despite the arrival of Kenny Miller and swoop for Andrius Velicka.
The injury-plagued French striker failed to set the SPL alight last season after signing from Bordeaux.
He scored just 12 goals in 30 league appearances and missed a gilt-edged chance against Lyon in the Champions League that could have taken Gers into the last 16.
The 32-year-old has 12 months left on his contract and many believed the captures of Miller and Velicka might cut short Darche's Ibrox stint.
But last night his agent Karim Djaziri told MailSport: "I can say for definite Jean-Claude will still be at Ibrox next season. He accepts at a big club like Rangers you need four or five strikers.
"He knows Daniel Cousin and Kris Boydmay go so that would leave him, Miller and maybe two more.
"Jean-Claude has always said he wants to finish his career in Scotland and that hasn't changed. There are still clubs in England interested but he won't be leaving Rangers this summer."
