RANGERS fans face a massive scramble to get their hands on one of only 2,000 tickets for the return leg of their UEFA Cup clash with Werder Bremen.
The German club have given Gers just over the mandatory five per cent of briefs for the last-16 tie.
But that won't be enough to satisfy demand with the Ibrox giants boasting 5,000 travel club members.
Bremen's liaison officer Olaf Rebbe has already met Rangers representative Andrew Dickson to discuss the March 13 clash.
Rebbe said: "There will be 2,000 tickets for normal supporters and 400 for VIPs.
"There's no sense in giving Rangers even more because the stadiumis going to be full with our own fans."
Werder are setting up a fan zone in the city and hope there is a repeat of the friendly atmosphere at their 1988 European Cup clash with Celtic.
Rebbe said: "It was a good night in Bremen and we want to have the same again.
"Rangers have asked for a fan zone andwe will oblige.
"It will be an area for the supporters to drink and enjoy themselves. But the game will not be shown on a big TV screen."
