Yogi hails new base

BOSS John Hughes says a new training base can help Falkirk achieve their top-six goal.

The custom-built HQ offers first-class facilities for players - who still have use of sports pitches and facilities at adjacent University of Stirling.

Hughes, whose side finished seventh last season, reckons the base will give his men an edge.

Yogi said: "I couldn't ask for any more. It ranks among the best you could find anywhere.

"The excellent base makes the players even more proud to be associated with the club.

"It's helping our preparation for the new season because everything is on our doorstep."
