PAUL CADDIS last night insisted his lack of height will not stop him becoming a Celtic first-team star.
And the 20-year-old reckons Jimmy Johnstone is the perfect inspiration.
Paul - who is 5ft 7in and shone in pre-season - said: "Jinky is arguably the greatest ever Celtic player but he wasn't the tallest. It's all about having guts, hunger and showing heart on the pitch.
"The gaffer knows what I can do, I'm learning all the time and this is where I want to be."
Boss Gordon Strachan expects Caddis to push on this term and said: "He can play rightback, left-back and right midfield so will be helpful. I want him to become a top player here."
