CROCKED skipper Stephen McManus is hoping to shrug off a stomach injury in time for Celtic's Jubilee Tournament clash with hosts Feyenoord tonight.
But boss Gordon Strachan may not risk him ahead of next week's SPL opener against St Mirren after admitting he doesn't know how serious the problem is.
It forced McManus off against Spurs on Friday.
Strachan said: "I don't know how bad it is. Stephen is a big player for us so we wouldn't want to miss him."
McManus is also set to lead Scotland into the World Cup qualifiers next month.
