OSASUNA coach Jose Ziganda will step up his efforts to land Celtic squad player Evander Sno after the La Liga boss was handed a new deal this week.
The Spanish side were almost relegated last season but the Osasuna board have backed the 41-year-old by awarding him a one-year contract.
Ziganda is now building for next season and 21-year-old Dutch star Sno is a top target.
Osasuna tried to sign the ex-Feyenoord man in January but Celtic may now be willing to do business as the midfielder only has a year left on his contract.
Ziganda said: "We need a holding midfielder. That was clear in January and remains the case."
