BARCELONA superstar Xavi has ominously warned Celtic his pals won't take their foot off the gas in the Nou Camp.

The Catalan side virtually sealed their Champions League quarter-final spot with a stunning 3-2 first-leg win in midweek.

But Xavi - who came on as a sub at Parkhead - has warned Gordon Strachan's side they'll go all out for more goals at home.

The Spain midfielder said: "Qualification is in our hands but it's not decided yet. In the Champions League there's always the chance of a surprise so we won't relax at the Nou Camp.

"I think the Celtic fans accepted we dominated in Glasgow but we have to continue that at home.

"We have to show we're intent on going all the way to the final."

Xavi's team-mate Gabriel Milito insists no team on the planet can cope with Ronaldinho, Lionel Messi and Co when they hit the form they showed in Glasgow. He said: "Celtic played in flashes but we were superior and the margin of victory was too short.

"On that form a team with Thierry Henry, Messi, Samuel Eto'o and Ronaldinho is virtually invincible.

"We are close to the quarter-finals but must play with the same intensity in Spain and put on a good show for our fans."
