DEREK SOUTAR 5
PRODUCED heroics in last round against Celtic but his error led to Queens' opener after losing out on a high ball with Sean O'Connor. The ball fell to Steve Tosh and Soutar could only watch the shot fly in. Blameless for other three goals.
ALAN MAYBURY 6
SUBSTITUTED late on for tactical reasons as Jimmy Calderwood threw everything at Queens. The former Jambo wasn't the worst performer in the Dons back four and tried to help out in attack to no avail. He can be happy with his display at right-back.
ZANDER DIAMOND 5
BEATEN too easily by former team-mate John Stewart in the build-up to Queens' second goal and left same player unmarked for their winner. Tried to make amends and saw efforts crash off the bar and post.
ANDREW CONSIDINE 6
ROLLERCOASTER for big stopper with two goals at one end but part of a rearguard that shipped four. Nodded home first equaliser from Scott Severin's cross and netted again to make it 3-3. Struggled with the physical presence of O'Connor for Queens' third goal.
JACKIE McNAMARA 5
REPLACED after the hour as Calderwood changed things around. His last game at Hampden saw him lift the Scottish Cup with Celtic after a victory over Dundee United but he struggled to impose himself on this game.
RICHARD FOSTER 5
HAS done well on big occasions for Dons this season including in Europe but didn't turn on the style in this one. Started on the right wing then switched to the left side in second half but didn't threaten as fellow winger Sone Aluko did.
BARRY NICHOLSON 6
FORMER Rangers and Dunfermline man is no stranger to the big occasion. Offered Dons invaluable experience and showed sharp instincts to bag second equaliser. Also played a role in Aberdeen's first goal and almost nicked a late leveller.
SCOTT SEVERIN 7
ADERDEEN skipper tried to settle his team early on and was neat and tidy on the ball. Was key in his side drawing level with a great header for Considine to nod home. Saw a header saved by Jamie MacDonald in dying seconds.
SONE ALUKO 6
THE most dangerous of all the Aberdeen players with his pace and trickery down the left but too often his team-mates failed to capitalise on his balls into the box. On-loan Brum man was unlucky with a first-half free-kick. Couldn't be faulted for his effort.
LEE MILLER 6
UNLUCKY not to net when his point-blank header was well saved by MacDonald but Nicholson picked up the rebound to fire home Dons' second goal. Miller also played a part in the third goal with a neat flick-on for Considine.
CHRIS MAGUIRE 6
PARTNERED Miller in attack and his biggest contribution came for Dons' second goal with a good ball into the box. His pace caused Queens problems but he failed to hurt the opposing defence often enough.
