ABERDEEN boss Jimmy Calderwood admits he's struggling to replace ex-skipper Russell Anderson because of a lack of leaders in Scottish football.
Caldo insists his Dons are the quietest team he has ever worked with.
Ahead of today's clash with Celtic, Jimmy said: "We're missing Russell because he was a talker on the pitch and a brilliant organiser.
"Few players in the Scottish game have that quality. Every boss I speak to says they have the quietest team in the SPL."
Ex-Celt Jackie McNamara must try to stop Aiden McGeady today and admits he knew the winger was destined for the top at age 16.
Jackie said: "I may be marking Aiden and it will be tough as he is in great form. Aiden trained with us at 16 and I was sure he'd be a star. His ability was incredible."
