Second Division Stirling 0 Peterhead 0
RODDY GRANT lamented the shot-shy display from his frontline troops as Binos failed to turn their pressure in to points.
Albion were in control from the start but missed chance after chance as a defiant Blue Toon rearguard held on.
Assistant boss Grant said: "We are gutted. We dominated but never looked like scoring and it's frustrating not turning our openings in to goals.
"We need to find the killer instinct - that's five games unbeaten now but it's hard to turn the draws in to wins."
Mark Docherty almost fired Stirling ahead with a free-kick in 22 minutes but was denied by Michal Kula's fingertips.
Martin Bavidge found space in the box at the other end but his glancing header was saved by Myles Hogarth.
David Lowing fired straight at Kula before Nathan Taggart sent an 18-yard effort wide as the home side turned up the heat after the break.
Stirling threw on John O'Neil with 20 minutes left but the Blue Toon were handling everything Albion threw at them.
Sub Martin Grehan thought he had won it for the Forthbank outfit late on only to see his header chalked off for pushing.
Peterhead boss Neale Cooper said: "We're happy with a point because this is a difficult place to come. I'm delighted with my defenders and big Kula kept another clean sheet."
