Jan 6 2008 Iain Smith Reports
BERWICK boss Michael Renwick hailed his injury-stricken team as they stormed back from 2-0 down to snatch a priceless point.
Ian Diack's double in 85 and 89 minutes respectively sealed an unlikely draw and Renwick could not hide his joy.
He said: "We've had injuries and I've nothing but admiration for my team. We may be bottom but we'll keep on battling."
City went in front in 26 minutes via Charles King and extended their lead in the second half thanks to Calum Smith.
But Diack's brace left Brechin boss Michael O'Neill fuming. He said: "The game lasts 90 minutes, not 85, and we paid the penalty for not seeing the match out."
