LIVVY racked up their fourth win in a row thanks to goals from Murray Davidson and Leigh Griffiths in a sizzling show. Roberto Landi's men continued their fine form after Davidson and the impressive Griffiths bagged two early strikes for the visitors.
The game started at a good pace and Ton nearly took the lead when Stevie Masterton's 30-yard effort zipped narrowly over the bar.
That sparked the visitors to life and a minute later Joe Hamill fed Rocco Quinn whose shot struck the post.
The Lions opened the scoring in 11 minutes when Griffiths nodded a long ball to Davidson.
He composed himself before smashing the ball into the top corner from 20 yards.
And they doubled their lead two minutes later after a poor clearance by Allan McManus fell to Griffiths who fired home from 16 yards.
Griffiths was causing chaos and he came close to making it 3-0 when his six-yard header flew over the top.
Ton carved out a chance two minutes later when Erik Paartalu's throw fell to Brian Wake and his strike rolled wide of the target.
But Wake made amends in 31 minutes when he skipped away from two defenders and then swerved a lovely shot in off the keeper's post.
Livvy pushed for a decisive third goal and came close with two chances in a minute.
Liam Fox rolled a free-kick to James McPake whose thunderous shot was brilliantly saved by Kevin Cuthbert.
Griffiths then cut in from the left and fired an effort from 20 yards and Cuthbert palmed the ball around his near post for a corner.
The home side blew a great chance to level when Iain Russell burst clear on the right.
He switched the ball inside to Ryan McGuffie and he passed it to Wake clean through on goal.
But keeper Pierre-Antoine Martini brilliantly beat away Wake's strike.
Ton never looked like scoring after that and Livvi held out to take all three points.
