LIVINGSTON boss Mark Proctor will land a cash windfall for Irish winger Wes Hoolahan this summer.
The 24-year-old, signed from Shelbourne for £100,000 in 2005, has been farmed out on a season-long loan to Blackpool.
He has flourished at the Seasiders, scoring nine goals to help take Simon Grayson's in-form team into a League One play-off spot.
Blackpool are keen to complete a permanent deal and Championship sides Coventry City, Sheffield Wednesday and Hull City are also interested in signing the player.
Hoolahan has a year left on his Livi contract - and the Lions will bank a healthy profit if a bidding war develops.
