Sol Back To Boost Pars

DUNFERMLINE defender Sol Bamba will end his two-month injury nightmare tomorrow by returning to training.

The 23-year-old Ivory Coast stopper has been in Paris for treatment on the ankle problem that has kept him out of action since Pars' 1-0 home defeat by Dundee on December 1.

Now Bamba will bolster boss Jim McIntyre's options ahead of the Scottish Cup replay at Partick on Tuesday night.

McIntyre said: "Sol will be back in training tomorrow with the rest of the boys.

"He has had treatment in France and is a good player so will help strengthen the squad, especially with the cup game looming."
