Crazy fans add Dutch of colour

FANATICAL Dutch fans are using their head to drum up extra support for Marco van Basten's men - and their travelling army of beat-up motors is also mobilised for an orange invasion of Switzerland.

Tall hats with a hard top, which allow the person sitting behind to use drumsticks on them during games, have been snapped up in their thousands.

So have old vehicles which are then resprayed while some supporters have even transformed their homes with patriotic colours.

Arthur Numan said: "Holland fans have been buying old vans and cars and painting them bright orange to travel in. The hats are also really popular.

"Imay even catch a lift with the guy who has turned the passenger seat and back of his car into a jacuzzi!"
