BRIAN EASTON reckons he can solve Scotland's problem left-back position and hopes to start proving it today against Aiden McGeady.
The Hamilton star has won his first Under-21 call-up for Tuesday's clash against Northern Ireland and wants to prove he can take the next step up - but admits he's not the only one in the pecking order.
Ahead of today's Celtic clash, Brian said: "I'd love to think at some point I might get a chance for the big team.
"But there are a lot of quality young Scottish left-backs like Tam Scobbie, Paul Dixon and Lee Wallace. I was given a tough time by McGeady last month so hope to do better."
