FIRST-HALF goals from Joao Moutinho and Simao Sabrosa gave Portugal a perfect tune-up ahead of their opening Euro 2008 clash with Turkey on Saturday.
Georgia, who beat Scotland 2-0 in October, tried to defend in depth but found themselves 1-0 down in 19 minutes.
Sporting Lisbon midfielder Moutinho was given too much room at the edge of the box and drilled a shot into the corner.
The game was over as a contest just before half time when Sabrosa was fouled by keeper Girogi Loria as he broke into the area and the Atletico Madrid winger netted from the spot.
Portuguese golden boy Cristiano Ronaldo made little impression and was subbed at half time by Felipe Scolari.
