CELTIC have to be admired for their bravery in the first-leg showdown at Parkhead and scoring twice against Barca - through Jan Vennegoor of Hesselink and Barry Robson - is no mean feat.

But ultimately Frank Rijkaard's side showed the gulf in class between the sides with goals from Lionel Messi (2) and Thierry Henry giving them a 3-2 advantage.

Celtic's away record in the Champions League is abysmal and that's why it's impossible to see them causing a huge upset in the Nou Camp even though they have twice drawn there in recent years.
