DISGRACED whistler Robert Hoyzer is also facing financial ruin with the German FA chasing him for £1.3m in damages.
Hoyzer pleaded guilty to charges of fraud last year when it emerged he had fixed games for a Croatian betting syndicate in 2004 and 2005.
The rogue ref copped a two-year jail stretch but German chiefs want to pile on the agony by hitting him in the pocket.
The FA were forced to pay Hamburg massive damages when Hoyzer's dodgy decisions handed minnows SC Paderborn a shock German Cup win.
And they started a civil claim against the ref last week in a bid to recoup those losses.
Berlin's state court postponed making a decision until March though, giving Hoyzer more time to save up his prison cigarettes.
