BOLTON boss Gary Megson hailed Swede Johan Elmander after his strike killed of Boro.
The £10million summer signing rifled home his first goal since the opening day and Megson said: "His workrate is exceptional."
Bolton were 2-0 up inside 10 minutes through Gretar Steinsson and Matt Taylor.
Emanuel Pogatetz reduced the deficit in 76 minutes but Elmander won it two minutes later.
