BOLTON boss Gary Megson believes the point earned at Tottenham has set up a cup final for his side at home to Sunderland next week.
The Trotters withstood a barrage of pressure to stay a point above the drop zone. They face title hopefuls Chelsea on the last day of the season, meaning they probably need to beat the Black Cats.
Megson said: "We will have 25,000 people at next week's game to hopefully help us get the win we need - then we'll see with other results. It's so complicated.
"It doesn't matter Sunderland being safe, we'll have to perform like I know we can."
Megson admits his side were lucky to get a point at Spurs.
They took the lead just after the break, Stelios Giannakopoulos tapping in but Steed Malbranque levelled in the 52nd minute.
Spurs coach Juande Ramos insisted his side let themselves down with their finishing.
He said: "The players tried their best but the final touch was not as good as it could have been.
"There were chances to win the game but if you don't take them you won't win."
