SPURS boss Juande Ramos hailed his super subs for helping gun down Derby.

Robbie Keane netted after Jamie O'Hara and Dimitar Berbatov were introduced.

And sub Younes Kaboul added a second before Berbatov sealed the win.

Ramos said: "With some big games coming up the idea is to give some players a rest.

"Dimitar can score vital goals and he played his part."

Derby gaffer Paul Jewell said: "I wish we could bring on someone like Berbatov."
