PORTSMOUTH boss Harry Redknapp breathed a huge sigh of relief last night after strike ace Mwaruwari Benjani ended their miserable home goal drought with a hat-trick.

Redknapp's team hadn't netted at Fratton Park in the league for six games but Zimbabwean Benjani fired the leveller in 39 minutes after Lewin Nyatanga had given Derby an early lead.

He followed up with a header and neat chip and Redknapp said: "It's unusual for us to find goals difficult to come by but they were three wonderful efforts from Benjani."
