NEIL COLLINS went from villain to hero for Wolves as they fought back to prevent a shock third-round FA Cup exit at the hands of non-league Cambridge.
The ex-Dumbarton defender conceded a penalty just before half-time for handball and Scott Rendell fired the Blue Square Premier side ahead from the spot.
But Wolves' blushes were spared when sub Michael Kightly, back after injury, levelled from 12 yards after 69 minutes before setting up Collins for a headed winner with just two minutes left.
