FALKIRK manager John Hughes hopes he is given enough cash to fund a summer swoop for Jackie McNamara.
The 34-year-old defender left Aberdeen last week after a reported dressing-room blast at Dons boss Jimmy Calderwood.
Hughes would love to bring his former Celtic team-mate to Falkirk but is waiting to learn his budget for next season.
Yogi said: "I started in the same week as Jackie at Celtic and he's a fantastic professional.
"But it's all about timing and money. I wouldn't say 'no' and I wouldn't say 'yes' right now.
"There are so many guys you can lose out on because of that.
"I'm frustrated but I have to see what money will be available."
