IT'S approaching that time of year when it pays to follow fillies in form and CRYSTAL CAPELLA(3.20) certainly fits the bill as she has won her last two races by an aggregate of eight lengths.

Sir Michael Stoute's charge goes for the hat-trick in the Listed event at Goodwood and a 13lb hike for her York romp may not be enough to stop her.
