ALASTAIR FORSYTH says he putted like Stevie Wonder after missing THREE times from inside two feet.
The Glaswegian took five putts for a triple-bogey seven at the 15th, turning a decent round into a nightmare.
Not even a birdie on the last to salvage a one-over-par round of 72 leaving him on 212 - one under for the tournament - could console him.
Forsyth groaned: "I putted like Stevie Wonder all day. At 15 I hit a three wood and a nine iron to 10 feet - then took FIVE putts, four of which were from inside two feet.
"I've never done that before. Once in a blue moon you'll go to tap-in and miss but to do it three times on the same hole is frightening.
"I felt numb walking off that green. I'd been one-under for the round until then so to walk off two-over was bonkers.
"It basically spoiled a good day of ball striking. I hit 16 greens in regulation but I took 36 putts.
Just a total waste."
Fellow Scot Stephen Gallacher (right) shot a 71 which left him on four under for the week.
