Din the doldrums after sorry 79

GUTTED Richard Dinwiddie slumped from breaking the course record on Friday to a miserable third-round 79.

The Englishman's seven-over disaster at windy Wentworth yesterday sent him tumbling down the board to four over.

That was less than 24 hours after his stunning 63 shaved two shots off the course record, previously set by Paul McGinley and equalled by Miles Tunnicliff this week.
