We back innovative initiatives to help save the lives of young drivers and their passengers on Scotland's roads.

We want:

A longer learning period for new drivers.

A ban on new drivers carrying passengers and limits on the number of people more experienced young motorists can carry at night.

Compulsory P-plates on cars for a year after the test.

Limits on the power of cars driven by new drivers.

All drivers under 25 to be able to sit the £150 Pass Plus advanced driving test for free.
