Letter: Mail Box - We Were Gouged Too

A FRIEND and I booked two flights with easyJet but realised we had been given the wrong dates. We went back online and transferred our booking. Our outward flights cost £12 more, which we were charged. But our inward flights cost about £40 each less - and they kept the difference. They also charged us £80 for the transfer fees (2 x £20 each way). I wish I had given them a wide berth. - Carol Cowan, Menstrie, Clackmannanshire.
