RE your article on the scrapping of wardens in sheltered housing in Ayrshire: Wendy Alexander is quoted as blaming this on the SNP freezing council tax. This is absolute rubbish.

Most of us in North Ayrshire know this is just our Labour-controlled council's twisted way of getting at the SNP to the detriment of pensioners. - Jim Borrie, Largs, Ayrshire.
