IN public Gordon Strachan may be giving Artur Boruc carte blanche to smoke, booze and winch his way across Europe on his days off.

In private he should be booting the Pole's substantial a**e from here to next week.

It's all well and good, living that kind of lifestyle if you're performing at the peak of your powers.

Do whatever the hell you like. But Boruc isn't the keeper he was when he arrived at Celtic Park. Miles from it.

And until he is again you've got to ask how much his formis affected by his taste for wine, women and a large havana.
