LUDICROUS argument of the week: Why we boo God Save The Queen.

According to some it's because it includes a line about crushing rebellious Scots.

A line from a verse written in 1745, used sporadically then dropped completely in 1790?

Yet our anthemis fine despite us sending the other lot's army homewards tae think again, just the 700 years ago? Brilliant.

I've read how it was a protest against Team GB, it's simply football rivalry etc. Bottom line?

It's another country's anthem. So let themsing it. And show the same respect we expect.
