Mccurry is no victim

THE SFA are in a lose-lose situation with referee Mike McCurry - and it's wrong that he has put them there.

McCurry has some neck, saying he'll tough it out to keep whistling next season after what he has been through.

His shambolic showing in the Rangers v Dundee United game at Ibrox last month would have earned him enough stick from the stands.

Throw the Baptist minister's Sunday school affair into the mix and you will barely know there's a game of football on when he's in the middle.

McCurry should bow out now. His bosses shouldn't have to find a way of bulleting him and allowing him to play the victim.
