Horror of dads who kill to spite

THE big news in the south here this week has been the awful killing of two kids under three by their father before he hung himself.

It is so similar to recent awful cases in Scotland.

Children are not property - they are people with as much right to live as anyone else and that fact that a father could do this is just appalling.

As for the poor mothers, whether they left their husbands or had an affair or whatever, nothing deserves this level of punishment and torture.

They are condemned to a living hell.

But I also have sympathy for the awful tortured state that these men must have been in to do such a thing.
