Recycling industry has to do better

HOUSEHOLDERS are now recycling a third of their rubbish - so a pat on the back for us.

But I see that industry manages only 10 per cent - and really they have to do better.

They waste huge amounts of packaging. What's wrong with putting apples and carrots in recycled paper bags?
