Calendar Girls is no holiday for me

WHEN I signed up for Calendar Girls I thought it would be a working holiday.

Rehearsing in an idyllic town and basking in the sun on August evenings.

Instead, since we arrived in Chichester it's been pouring with rain...and the shops close at 5.30pm.

And we're rehearsing in a high school gym.

It might as well be Shettleston.
